Return Requirements

Valid for 45 days from the date of purchase
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in the original packaging
Return must be submitted for review within 45 days
Returns +

Our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If more than 45 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Submitted for review within the 45-day return window

To start a return, email [email protected]. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns for rejected, refused, abandoned packages, or packages returned outside our authorized return process.

Refunds +

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.

Order Cancellations +

Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Canceled orders are subject to a 20% management, processing, and transaction fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds +

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as posting delays can happen.

Next, contact your bank to ask about processing times.

Sale Items +

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges +

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

If you received a defective or damaged product and need an exchange for the same item, email [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Gifts +

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as gift credit for the value of the returned item.

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a gift certificate for future use.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
