1. Returns

Our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If more than 45 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must contact us within the 45-day return window.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Upon review and approval, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Rejected or refused packages

  • Abandoned packages

  • Packages returned outside our authorized return process


2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for processing.


3. Cancelling Orders

Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

A 20% management, processing, and transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount of canceled orders.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

  • Double-check your bank account for any recent transactions.

  • Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.

  • Contact your bank to inquire about processing times.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.


7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon approval of the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate for you to use on future purchases.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.
